My Summary: There are four times as many MRIs per capita in the US than in Britain or Canada, twice as many CT scanners in the US than in Canada, and four times as many CT scanners in the US than in Britain. Only 5% of Americans but 27% of Canadians and 38% of Britain's wait 4 months or more for surgery. It takes 10 weeks to get an MRI in Canada. "Don't be surprised you get less when you pay less."
