400-408 – Today, for all three hours, I want to hear from you about your reaction to what happened yesterday.

So, what do you think happened last night? What does it mean for Christianity, for Israel, the Middle East and the world at large? For the United States of America, for your family, your kids and for your grandkids? How significant was it in terms of economics, and electoral politics? Do you think we've crossed some kind of tipping point of some kind, with half of America dependent upon the federal government and the other half paying for it? How do you persuade those who don't pay taxes to embrace tax cuts? What does it mean for the future of the Republican party, and more importantly, for the ideas of individual responsibility and representative limited government?

In my opinion, what won last night? Class Warfare, Unions, Obamacare, and Big Government – and the higher taxes that will come with it. The rich will clearly be paying more, along with everyone else.

Progressivism defeated conservatism yesterday, and it may be what political scientists refer to as a "critical realignment," an election that reflects a fundamental change within the electorate. I fear for the future of America, sure we'll have the same name, but I now know that we've become a different country. We've crossed the tipping point on our way to the Progressive Utopia that leftists have been working for since Woodrow Wilson and FDR, we'll now become another centralized, secular, unionized socialist state, just like most European countries. Not since the Civil War, has it been as clear that there are now two Americas – as starkly depicted in the Red-Blue County electoral map – the one founded in 1776, and the one that first took office in 2008 and won re-election yesterday.

Basically, the blue cities want their big government but they're running out of money to pay for it, and they'll take it from the red-county workers and homeowners to pay for it. Anticipate new redistributionist "regionalist" schemes to accomplish this – charging the suburbs to fund the failing policies of the inner cities. And, look for Obama to move to allow debt-ridden states like California to nationalize their debt since "we're all in this together." Federalism is in it's final gasps. Washington is on the path to Athens.

Obama has indeed fulfilled at least one campaign promise, he has "fundamentally transformed America."

What lost last night? E pluribus unum, Entrepreneurs, Federalism, Representative Government, Limited Government, Liberty, Free Markets, and your savings due to imminent and unavoidable inflation. If Big Government doesn't get the money it needs, it'll just print more, depressing the value of your savings and your future.

The unions, rather than individual tax payers, now rule American politics through the Democratic Party they have purchased. How do you now stop the unions and their organization machine that masterfully "gets out the vote" for the Democrats? How do you now stop their drive for national socialism? In dutiful response, in return, I expect Obama to implement "Card Check" in his second term, to expand union influence across the country, and to energize the assault on all "Right to Work" states. And, I expect Harry Reid to implement the "nuclear option" and change the senate rules so the Democrats won't need 60 votes to overcome a Republican filibuster, a simple majority is all that will be necessary.

Nor is it "the economy stupid," since Obama blamed Bush for the economy, even after 4 years of his own policies. It will be interesting to see what happens when it all begins to "hit the fan," and people are paying taxes they thought only the rich would be paying. I wonder if the media will still allow Obama to blame Bush after 8 years…. probably.

Speaking of the media, I expect an assault to censor or silence Fox News, talk radio, and conservative websites that oppose the New Leviathan.

Too many people were worried about "next month's government paycheck," and not at all about their future or their kids' future. As Rush Limbaugh said, my paraphrase, "Santa Claus beats personal responsibility every time, especially when even the naughty get presents."

Lastly, I think the church is now almost irrelevant in electoral politics. Neither abortion, nor same sex marriage, nor the contraception mandate, had any noticeable impact in deterring Hispanic and African American voters. Thus, look for an even stronger attempt to redefine Christianity in terms of the social gospel and not these "archaic and bothersome" moral values of the past.

But take heart, Christianity has always done well under persecution.

(CNSNews.com) - If Americans under the age of 18 were required as a group to pay off the entirety of the federal government's debt in equal shares, each would now need to pay about $218,676.

That is more than the $130,468 average price tag for four years at a private college or the $173,100 median price for an existing one-family home in the United States.

During the time Barack Obama has been president, the U.S. government debt has increased from approximately $143,255 per American under 18 to approximately $218,676 per American under 18--a climb of $75,421 or about 53 percent.

As of Nov. 1, the total national debt was $16,221,685,381,838.28, according to the Bureau of the Public Debt. On Jan. 20, 2009, when Obama was inaugurated, it was $10,626,877,048,913.08. Thus, during Obama's presidency, the U.S. government debt has increased $5,594,808,332,925.20.

The 2010 Census said there were 74,181,467 people in the United States under the age of 18. Thus the total U.S. government debt of $16,221,685,381,838.28 equals about $218,676 per person under 18, and the $5,594,808,332,925.20 in new debt accumulated under Obama equals about $75,421 per person under 18.

The Census Bureau's 2012 Statistical Abstract of the United States said the median price of an existing one-family home was $173,100 in 2010 (the latest year included in the abstract).

The U.S. Department of Education's National Center for Education Statistics says that in the 2010-2011 school year the average price for total tuition and room and board for a full-time undergraduate at a four-year private college or university was $32,617. Were that rate to remain constant for four years, an undergraduate degree from a private college would cost about $130,486.

Neither borrowing all the money needed to pay for a four-year private-college education nor borrowing all the money needed to buy a median-priced home would put as much debt on the shoulders of young Americans as the federal government already has.

In an astonishing display of media malpractice, CBS News quietly released proof--two days before the election, far too late to reach the media and the public--that President Barack Obama lied to the public about the Benghazi attack, as well as about his later claim to have called the attack "terrorism" from the beginning.

CBS unveiled additional footage from its 60 Minutes interview with President Obama, conducted on Sep. 12 immediately after Obama had made his statement about the attacks in the Rose Garden, in which Obama quite clearly refuses to call the Benghazi an act of terror when asked a direct question by reporter Steve Kroft:

KROFT: Mr. President, this morning you went out of your way to avoid the use of the word terrorism in connection with the Libya Attack, do you believe that this was a terrorism attack?

OBAMA: Well it's too early to tell exactly how this came about, what group was involved, but obviously it was an attack on Americans. And we are going to be working with the Libyan government to make sure that we bring these folks to justice, one way or the other.

KROFT: It's been described as a mob action, but there are reports that they were very heavily armed with grenades, that doesn't sound like your normal demonstration.

OBAMA: As I said, we're still investigating exactly what happened, I don't want to jump the gun on this. But your right that this is not a situation that was exactly the same as what happened in Egypt. And my suspicion is there are folks involved in this. Who were looking to target Americans from the start. So we're gonna make sure that our first priority is to get our folks out safe, make sure our embassies are secured around the world and then we are going to go after those folks who carried this out.

KROFT: There have been reports, obviously this isn't the first time…there have been attacks on the consulate before. There was an attack against the British ambassador. Do you…this occurred on Sept. 11. Can you tell me why the ambassador was in Benghazi yesterday? Was it to evaluate security at the consulate?

OBAMA: Well keep in mind Chris Stevens is somebody that was one of the first Americans on the ground when we were in the process of saving Benghazi and providing the opportunity for Libyans to create their own democracy. So this is somebody who had been courageous, had been on the ground, had helped to advise me and Secretary Clinton when we were taking our actions against Moammar Qaddafi. And is somebody who is very familiar with the train. He was doing the work that he does as a diplomat helping to shape our policies in the region at a time when things are still fairly fragile. But I think it's important to note that we have a Libyan government in place that is fully cooperative, that sees the United States as a friend that recognizes we played an important role in liberating Libya and providing the Libyan people an opportunity to forge their own destiny. And in fact we had Libyans who helped protect our diplomats when they were under attack. But this is a country that is still rebuilding in the aftermath of Qaddafi. They don't necessarily always have the same capabilities that countries with more established governments might have in helping to provide protection to our folks. But beyond that, what I want to do is make sure that we know exactly what happened, how it happened, who perpetrated this action, then we'll act accordingly."

• Heads Up! – Beware of poorly calibrated voting machines that vote for Obama when you tap the screen to vote for Romney. Obama's touch space is larger than Romney's, so always double check your selection. And, beware of "Republican" or "Christian" voter guides that have pictures of Romney and Ryan on them, but on four ballot propositions, 30 32 34 and 39, they recommend the wrong way! They actually instruct you to vote for the big union Democrat way! The correct positions are No on 30, Yes on 32, No on 34, and No on 39. Check your mailbox! The founders of the ad agency behind the iconic "Got Milk?" ad campaign and some of the other most well-known advertisements in the country have a new message: re-elect President Barack Obama, or your children will live in an America where "sick people just die" and "oil fills the sea."

A two-minute black-and-white spot features a chorus of children — "the children of the future" — singing to their parents that "something happened to our country, and we're kinda blaming you."

The ad is the brainchild of Jeff Goodby and Rich Silverstein, of the San Francisco-based Goodby Silverstein & Partners, for their Future Children Project. The Future Children Project states on its website, "Re-electing President Obama is a momentous decision that will require every single voter. What would the children of the future say if we let them down this November?"

400-408 – Norm Geisler (normgeisler.com) is the patriarch of Christian apologetics in America – a seminary professor for the past 50 years, who's spoken or debated in 26 countries on 6 continents, and authored or co-authored over 80 books and hundreds of articles. This past July 21^st, Norm accomplished a rare feat – an "80-80" – publishing 80 books by his 80^th birthday! He's involved with the new Veritas Evangelical Seminary in Murietta, on the campus of Calvary Chapel Bible College (veritasseminary.com, 1-888-John1717). He grew up in not just a non- but an anti-religious family north of Detroit, and was still illiterate in the 11^th grade, but went went on to become the patriarch of modern Christian apologetics.
