400-408 – • LAT, Southern Californians remember the Armenian genocide.  On April 24, 1915, Muslim Turks of the Ottoman Empire arrested about 250 Armenian intellectuals and community leaders in Constantinople, thus began the Armenian Holocaust, the genocide of between 1 and 1.5 million Armenians.

458-508Bob Tyler, an attorney with Advocates for Faith and Freedom (faith-freedom.com), represents Chad Farnan, a sophomore at Capistrano Valley High School who taped his teacher James Corbett bashing Christianity in a European History class.  Chad filed a 1st Amendment complaint against the school and now the California Teacher's Union has filed a motion to intervene on behalf of the school district.  A hearing on that matter is scheduled for Monday.
