Eliot Spitzer is "Client 9" in a recently unsealed FBI affidavit detailing the operation of the Emperor's Club, an international call girl ring. The FBI has numerous phone calls and text messages from Eliot. The affidavit shows Spitzer paid $4,300 on February 13 for four hours with a petite American brunette named "Kristen"!
