A new annual report from Planned Parenthood shows the nation's largest abortion business has made over $1 billion in profit for the first time in its history. The non-profit pro-abortion group shows the historical gain in its new annual report covering 2006-2007 . . . Of concern to pro-life groups, Planned Parenthood acknowledges the receipt of over $336 million in government grants and contracts from both state and federal governments.
In 2006, PP performed 289,650 abortions.

628-639(1:00) Barbara Walters on the View this morning asks Barack about if he would have quit the church, had Reverend Wright still been the pastor and not retired.  So he would have left had Wright not retired.  This assumes he wasn't aware of what Wright had been saying for 20 years.  Would he approve of Wright's teachings still today if he weren't running for president?
During a campaign stop yesterday in Greensboro, North Carolina, Senator Obama told the audience that he believes he "can have everlasting life" because Jesus Christ died for his sins. But he then told a questioner that he believes Jews and Muslims who live moral lives are just as much "children of God" as he is.
The Illinois Democrat added that his late mother didn't share his faith but was a kind and generous person, so he's "sure she's in heaven."
